Using Next Big
Next Big is a research tool. By using it you agree to these terms. If you connect an account, such as Google Search Console, you confirm you are allowed to give us read access to it.
What it is and isn't
Next Big reports trends, estimates and suggestions from public and connected data. They can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing in it is financial, legal or investment advice, and decisions you make with it are yours.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to access other people's projects or data, or disrupt the service.
- Don't scrape or resell the service or its data.
- Don't use it for anything unlawful.
Your data
Data you connect stays yours. How we handle it is in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions made using the service.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. You may stop using Next Big at any time.
